David leads execution and operational scale across Crew's client portfolio, ensuring founders receive consistent, high-quality finance and accounting support as they grow. His work centers on building strong financial infrastructure, strengthening reporting and controls, and guiding leadership teams from early traction to durable scale.

He brings nearly two decades of experience supporting consumer and high-growth brands and has served as Interim CFO at Coterie, partnering with executive leadership to enhance financial operations and support continued expansion. As Managing Partner, David is responsible for Crew's delivery standards, internal systems, and team development while maintaining the clarity and rigor clients rely on.

Kyle partners with founders to transform fast-growing brands into financially disciplined, scalable businesses. He leads CFO engagements and oversees Crew's FP&A practice, focusing on unit economics, forecasting, capital planning, and the financial clarity leadership teams need to make confident growth decisions.

He has advised consumer and technology companies across beauty, fashion, health, food & beverage, and SaaS. Prior to co-founding Crew, Kyle was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, worked in finance and strategy at ANINE BING, and served as CFO of Henry Rose. Kyle brings deep experience across capital markets, brand scaling, and executive finance leadership.
